This product contains two MRT-tested triggers: Cow’s Milk and Potato. Cow’s Milk is the primary component of Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheeses. Potato is present in the form of potato starch, which is used as an anti-caking agent to prevent the shredded cheese from clumping. Due to these triggers, the product is unsuitable for the Phase 1 elimination diet but may be introduced in Phase 2 once individual tolerance to both dairy and potatoes has been established.
