These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Wellbloom (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Wellbloom provides a free, publicly accessible food product safety directory for individuals following the MRT/LEAP ImmunoCalm® Dietary Protocol. Our services include:

• Product safety assessments based on USDA ingredient data
• MRT 176 panel ingredient mapping and risk classification
• LEAP phase compatibility guidance
• Certified LEAP Therapist directory and consultation request routing
• Blood draw location finder

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data beyond normal search engine indexing
• Attempt to access administrative areas, server infrastructure, or non-public APIs
• Submit false or misleading information through consultation request forms
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

All content on this Site — including text, assessments, design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Wellbloom and is protected by copyright law. Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced in assessments belong to their respective owners.

USDA FoodData Central data is used under the terms of the USDA public data license. MRT and LEAP are registered trademarks of Oxford Biomedical Technologies, Inc.

6. Practitioner Directory

Wellbloom lists Certified LEAP Therapists, blood draw labs, and mobile phlebotomy services as a convenience to users. We do not:

• Endorse, certify, or guarantee any listed practitioner
• Verify credentials beyond publicly available certification databases
• Mediate disputes between users and practitioners
• Process payments or handle insurance claims

Any engagement with a listed practitioner is solely between you and that practitioner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellbloom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, damages for adverse health outcomes, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellbloom, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
