This meal plan was developed by Kerry Watson for clients working on gut healing and inflammation reduction. All recipes use whole, anti-inflammatory ingredients.

This 7-day gut healing meal plan is built on the same principles I use in my clinical food sensitivity protocols. We use whole, unprocessed ingredients with zero hidden chemical additives. Every recipe uses real food from the outer aisles of the grocery store. That means no natural flavors, no citric acid, no soy lecithin, and no MSG.

The plan features anti-inflammatory staples like bone broth, fermented foods, turmeric, and omega-3-rich salmon. It is built around a cook-once, eat-multiple-times system to save you time in the kitchen. If you are on the LEAP protocol, work with your CLT to adapt this plan to your own Green list.

MRT Note: These recipes support general gut healing, but your individual food sensitivities are unique to you. If you have done MRT testing, cross-reference every ingredient here with your results. Use the Food Checker to verify any packaged ingredients, like tamari or coconut milk, before you buy them.

PRACTITIONER INSIGHT

“We can support the entire body simply by focusing on improving the health and proper function of the digestive system. A nutrient-dense, fiber-rich diet provides the environment for healthy bacteria to colonize the microbiome, supporting proper hormonal detoxification, immune function, and neurological health. Always keep in mind that maintaining a healthy, well-functioning digestive system is critical for overall health, well-being, and longevity.”
